Biography

Beth Rodriguez began her dance study at the U of L Dance Academy in Louisville, KY.  She later went on to receive her B.S. in Dance Performance under scholarship from Ball State University, and has just graduated from NYU with her M.A. in Dance Education.  While in New York, Beth danced with various choreographers, both emerging and established.  These include Katiti King, Jana Hicks, Sarah Skaggs, Orquidea Dance, and Courtney Drasner.  Her work has been shown at WAX, Dixon Place, BRIC, The Merce Cunningham Studio, and BAX.  This work has, in part, been supported by The Field, DanceNYC, and through NYU'S Graduate Student Organization and Kappa Delta Pi.  She is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at Indiana University within their Contemporary Dance Program.
