Apr 28, 2010

Let your child learn the joys and responsibilities of pet ownership at Animal Adventure Camp this summer. The camp is offered over eight weeks this summer from June to August. The camps are offered at both the main campus in Louisville's South End and, for the first time this year, at the east campus in Lyndon.

Animal Adventure Camp is for children aged 6 to 12, and kids are grouped according to age. All camps run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., although extended care is also available. The camps at the Kentucky Humane Society's Main Campus, 241 Steadly Dr., run from June 1–4, June 7–11, June 14–18, June 21–25, June 28–July 2, July 19–23, July 26–30 and August 2-6. The camps at the Kentucky Humane Society's East Campus, 1000 Lyndon Lane, Suite B, run from June 14–18, June 21–25, June 28–July 2, July 5–9 and July 12–16. Each week-long camp costs $175.

You can register online or call (502) 515–3149.
