Looking for Lilith summer drama camps
Apr 28, 2010
Whether your child’s been bitten by the acting bug or you simply want a fun experience for your youngsters this summer, Looking for Lilith Theatre Company’s summer drama camp provides a fun-filled opportunity.
Looking for Lilith’s teaching artists — Trina Fischer, Shannon Woolley and Jennifer Thalman Kepler — are offering one-week summer drama camps on two different weeks: July 12–16 and Aug. 2–6.
Three- to six-year-olds will get the chance to engage in creative drama and dramatic play, exploring issues of community, sharing, bullying and diversity. Kids aged 7 to 14 will have chance to find their voices through acting and collaborative playwriting. These camps also build self-esteem and teamwork skills. Children aged 3 to 6 attend from 9 a.m. to noon, while children aged 7 to 14 attend from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The drama camps cost $150 for your first child and $115 for each additional sibling. The fees include snacks and supplies. For more information, or to enroll you child, please call Jennifer Thalman Kepler, the community outreach director, at (502) 410–1252 or jennifer@lookingforlilith.org.
