Hyatt Regency Louisville - (502) 587-3434

This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Because of its shape - all floors are open and overlook the main lobby - the noise echoed up through the entire hotel. All night long my husband (who usually could sleep through a tornado) and I were awaken by loud noises and people talking. I could not believe at $100 how loud it was in there. The beds were great - but too bad I couldn't sleep.

My heat went out in my home on a cold winter day, and the repairman had to order a part to fix my furnace. I decided to take my family to a local hotel until it was fixed. We went to the Hyatt Hotel which is located in downtown Louisville. It was a pleasant stay for my whole family. There was an indoor heated pool, fitness center, and many good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. There was a parking garage close by, but it did cost money to park there. The staff was helpful and very nice to my whole family. The prices are a little high, but this is a really nice hotel.
