poor customer service I found the service at Moto Sport on Taylor Blvd to be very poor. They seem to have no concept of honesty or customer service. I ordered front and back tires for my sport bike on Wed and was told they would be in by Monday (they are closed on Mondays). So on Tues, I called and was told they would be in on Wed, just to bring the bike in to the shop. I took the bike over on Wed morning and was told the tires would be done by 1pm. At 3pm, I was told to call back at 5pm. At 5pm, I was told the mechanic had left early to register his son in school, but that the bike would be ready the following day, Thur, by 11am. At 11am on Thur, I was told to call back in 45 min. I arrived at Moto Sport an hour later, and they we gone to lunch. When they finally arrived, I was told that my rear tire was on back order, and they had only replaced my front tire. I found their inability to inform me of this and the accurate time frame of my repairs to be unprofessional and deceptive. I would not recommend their service department to anyone who expects timely, efficient, or dependable service.
