Best place for Sashimi in Louisville The Chef's Sashimi plate is great. For $30 you can get enough sashimi for three people to hit the window, AKA, be stuffed. The presentation is extraordinary, and it is fresh, but very busy. You should call ahead to get reservations because it’s in the heart of the Highlands. They have hibachi grills, too, but they are on the opposite side of the restaurant, so the atmosphere is great.

Best in Louisville Sapporro offers the freshest and most delcious sushi in Louisville. The decor has a very, hib urban feel. I have only had poor service here once, and I didn't even care because the sushi was so good. I have only had better in NYC and it cost me $80! Locally, you can't beat Sapporro!
