juliematherne | Julie Matherne | July 21, 2007 This place sucks I have lived here for the past 8yrs. The owners do not care about the safety of the children playing. There is no security even though they say there is. The water is cut off at least once a month and we have gone 2 weeks at a time without the garbage being picked up. There is a fereal cat infestation. Stray dogs run wild constantly. The park is becoming nothing more than LITTLE MEXICO. THEY PLAY THEIR MUSIC ALL NIGHT AND DAY AND HAVE PARTIES ALL THE TIME PAST THE 10PM CURFEW. IF I HAD THE MONEY TO MOVE I WOULD.

holiday resident | June 25, 2008 Julie is right I would have to agree with Julie's assessment. The management seems to be in conjunction with the drive-by business that is carried on in the park. Complaints to the management about loud music, drive-by traffic, cars blocking the road, gunfire, etc. not only fall on deaf ears, but the management seems to enjoy the 'irritation' it causes residents. Only when I was seen talking to a police officer about the harassment in my area of the park did the manager finally act. And that was after over a year of complaints by neighbors in my area to the manager. Julie's statements about garbage pick-up, water service etc. are correct and on the point. The management we have is for all intents and purposes non-existent. Louisville Metro City gov't. needs to step in and clean house and see to it that the park owner hires someone who will do their job as manager instead of just sitting by, unconcerned and collecting their paycheck.
