Jenny Russ

Artist Bio

Born in Fort Stewart Georgia, Jenny Russ began her life in the culturally diverse community as the daughter of soldier. Some of her earliest memories include her fascination with the vivid colors and images of the stained glass windows in cathedrals and other structures in Germany. Throughout her formal education, these stained glass windows remained one of the largest influences in her creative inspiration. In her travels, she gained appreciation and influence from art in other areas of the world such as the colorful tile and ceramic mosaics of South America and the beautiful neon lights of Las Vegas. In her work, Jenny demonstrates a unique mixture of these cultural influences as her style continues to grow and evolve.
