  • We are an Adult Health Care Practice Located in Jeffersonville, Indiana just 2 miles north of Louisville, Kentucky We are accepting new patients-12 years of age and older. Our clinic is Nurse Practitioner owned and operated. (25 years experience). We accept most major insurances However, insurance is not necessary. We do On-Site physicals and testing as well. Did you know that most insurances cover basic physicals for schools, employment, and wellness exams?

    Mission

    Hours of operation:  Monday-Tuesday-Thursday and Friday: 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-6:00pm Closed Wednesdays. Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm by appointment only Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.
