Millennial Advisors is a private counseling firm for higher education planning, admission, financial aid and career development. Qualifications
With 15 years of firsthand experience in higher education and business, Todd Reale is founder and president of Millennial Advisors, which is located in Louisville, Kentucky. He worked for three prominent universities, a Fortune 500 company and small management consulting and software development firms before starting this higher education and career counseling business in 2006. He provides students and parents with valuable information, insights and advice about college admission, financial aid and career planning.
· Seven years as Director of MBA Admissions and Marketing at Vanderbilt University and the University of Florida.
· Recruited, admitted, enrolled and graduated thousands of students from nearly every state and dozens of countries.
· Total of 11 years working in admission, financial aid, student services and residence hall programs.
· Six years of "real world" experience in corporate project management, global new product development, sales and information systems.
· MBA in marketing from Emory University and BS in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University.
· Extensive leadership and management experience as an administrator, student and alumnus of four public and private universities.
· Relationships with school counselors and admissions staff developed through campus visits, college fairs, professional networking and personal contact.
· Membership in respected industry associations for educational consulting, college admission counseling, academic advising and career development.
