Heart, the rock band led by sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson, will bring their pulsing performance to Horseshoe Casino Hotel Southern Indiana June 12.
The band exploded onto the music scene in the 1970s and became a staple of Top 40 radio, particularly with power ballads. Their 1970s hits include "Crazy on You," "Magic Man" and "Barracuda." More hits followed in the 1980s and 1990s, such as "These Dreams" "Alone," "Tell It Like It Is," "What About Love?," "If Looks Could Kill" and "Never." During that period, Heart moved away from its hard rock beginnings. The band has sold 30 million records worldwide.
The sisters took a break from music in the 1990s, but they began performing again in 2002, returning to their hard rock roots.
Heart's appearance is part of Horseshoe Southern Indiana's Outdoor Summer Concert Series.
Tickets are priced at $35, $45 and $65. To attend, you must be at least 21 years old. You can see a map of the outdoor stage here. Call (800) 745-3000 for reservations or buy tickets online; however, there's a limit of six tickets per household.
