KidArt Camp gives children in kindergarten through fifth grade a full week of an art experience specially tailored for youngsters. With two art projects a day, kids will have the time of their lives while they learn about art.
Children attending these KidArt Camps at the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft will also enjoy gallery hops and artist demonstrations and, weather permitting, delight in lunch and games outdoors at the Belvedere!
The camp is run on three different weeks: June 14–18 for kindergarten and first grade; June 28–July 3 for second and third grades; July 12–16 for fourth and fifth grades. All camps run 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This year's camps focus on fiber art, painting, ceramics, puppets, block printing, photography, sculpture and more.
The KidArt Camps cost $144 for members of the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft and $169 for anyone else.
