He's "Zach" the barber on Tyler Perry's "House Of Payne", he's starred in films like "Little Man", "Rebound", "Daddy Day Care", and has been recognized around the country for his scene stealing role of “Bearcat” in the film "College". Owen has a huge African American fan base - not only is he the only white man to have ever hosted BET's "Comicview", but he is the only white on-air personality the network has ever had.
