After that, you'll struggle over the eclectic menu with options as varied as Fireside Fajitas ($9.99 to $11.99) and Wyoming-style Pot Pie™ ($8.99). Should you go with the marinated and grilled salmon ($14.29)? Or one of the rib entrees? You can choose from a full rack of ribs ($18.99), a half-rack ($14.99); a third-rack of ribs with an eight-ounce Certified Angus Beef® sirloin, grilled to perfection ($18.99); chicken and ribs ($17.99) and ribs and a skewer of shrimp ($18.99). (Most entrees come with two sides.)

Another decadent dessert is the Grand Teton Chunky Brownies ($5.49), which are warm brownies topped with vanilla ice cream and then chunks of chocolate, pecans, caramel. caramel and chocolate sauces and whipped cream finish off the dessert.
