I'm certain the education quality can & must be raised. The tolerance level for staff must be lowered. Re-examine the curriculum, very ineffective we must return to the core for 6th & 7th graders, english, math, social studies, science, an art, language and IT added by 8th grade. This sets an unwavering foundation for future subjects. However, I do have to question some people's judgement when the HomeEc Dept. sent home the real-life babies during ISTEP week. Half the time you have to announce yourself to the office staff because they are too busy talking about what they're going to eat for lunch. The kids are allowed to sign themselves in and out. They are not monitored thoroughly enough in my opinion. Teachers allow way too much to go on without consequencing the students. The students are calling people during class without permission and the teachers do not do anything about it. Overall, I have not been impressed with Parkview.
