Goshen at Hillcrest Elementary School Reviews

Goshen Elementary is an excellent school, in every sense of the word. Our child grew both intellectually and emotionally, which was a result of a highly attentive teacher and her assistant. The teaching staff is only out-performed by the A+ Principle who is highly energetic and involved at all times. The facility is world-class, with an exceptional library. We could not imagine a better place to educate our children.

I love this school, I really do but I just can't get past the rudeness of the front office staff. Have you ever been through airport security and felt like you were handled abruptly and without compassion? These people do not smile and there is a high turnover rate in the front office. However, the rest of the school staff is top notch. I wish they could hire some better people for the front, it's the first impression of the school!

Incredible school! The parents are very involved and want to help. The staff is excellent and work very hard to make sure students learn to their potential.

Excellent leadership from principal Great individualized attention Wonderful student participation and comradery. Parent involvement: excludes working parent(s) with time of scheduled input meetings, SBCM and PTA

We cannot say enough good things about this school. The entire staff at the school are like one big family. The academic program is one that should be mirrored by other districts. The teachers and leadership are an example for other schools to follow. We presented a challenge for the district for the 2004-05 year with our daughter who has special needs. They made the transiton easy and made the needs of our daughter priority in her education. Mrs. Banbury, is an awesome teacher and we will forever be grateful for her and Mrs. Mary and Mrs. Debbie for all they have given to our daughter. The wonderful thing about this school and district is that they give this same love and consideration to all of their children. All children have special needs. Handicapped or not. Thanks for a great year we will miss you.
