He was an associate professor at the Ophthalmology Department at the College of Physicians and Surgeon General's Office at Kentucky State University and an associate professor of optometry at the U of K's Center for Optometrics and Optics.
Misty is certified in phlebotomy and human resources and holds a Bachelor's degree in medicine from the University of Kentucky School of Medicine and a Master's degree in medicine from the University of Kentucky School of Medicine. During her studies at the University of Kentucky School of Medicine, she spent a year as a phlebotomer and then completed a Master's degree in Human Resources at Kentucky State University College of Pharmacy. After her doctorate, she was an endowed professor in the Department of Human Resources and Health Sciences at Louisville University Hospital.
Dr. Klutts was a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association during her stay and is currently a resident physician at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Louisville. Dr. Saccone completed his pediatrics residency at Louisville Children's Hospital, which is affiliated with the University and Louisville hospitals, and his master's degree in pediatrics at Kentucky State University.
Dr Mays was also given the opportunity to begin his training as a plastic surgeon from the first day of his stay. He graduated from the University of Rochester with a master's degree in plastic surgery and a master's degree in pediatrics from Kentucky State University. Dr. Saccone, a resident physician at Louisville Children's Hospital, completed a two-year training as a plastic surgery resident at Rochester General Hospital and the Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as a master's degree in pediatrics.
The University of Louisville Plastic Surgery Program, known for its plastic surgery training, sent him to the Navy. After completing his two-year training at Louisville Children's Hospital, Dr. Mays moved to New York to continue his education. He returned from his Navy training with a master's degree in pediatrics from the Rochester Institute of Technology and worked as a medical assistant at Rochester General Hospital for two years.
Dr. Teslow lives in Cross Plaines, TN, with her husband, who is also a practicing podiatrist in Nashville. Dr. Ray is thrilled to live in Louisville with his wife and two young children and is an active member of the University of Louisville Plastic Surgery Program. In 1986, he moved his practice to its current location at Louisville Children's Hospital Medical Center.
He also practiced ophthalmology in Malaysia before coming to the United States and graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He worked as an assistant professor in the department of obstetrics and gynecology at Louisville Children's Hospital for four years.
